(1)1.供应商需具备城乡规划编制乙级及以上资质； 2.供应商需具备行政主管部门颁发的工程勘察专业工程测量乙级及以上资质； 3.供应商需具备《排水管道检测与评估作业能力》证书；
(2)供应商拟派项目负责人需具备给排水专业或测绘工程专业高级职称证书。
