1.本项目开标方式为现场电子开标。参与投标（响应）的供应商需携带CA证书以及装有备用电子版投标（响应）文件的U盘前往开标地点。

2.为保证磋商顺利进行，响应供应商应自带便携式计算机出席开标会。

3.东城街道公共资源交易大厅入场核验措施为：入场前须测温、扫场所码、戴口罩、查验健康码（绿码）。健康码为红码或黄码的，不能入场。近7天内有东莞市外中、高风险地区所在市行程或东莞市内中、高风险地区所在镇行程的，须持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明（或24小时内核酸检测记录）入场。上述措施将按照东莞市来（返）莞人员健康管理措施动态调整。提醒各供应商留意“东莞疾控”微信公众号发布的最新公告。
