normal style="margin-left:0.0000pt;text-indent:28.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;" >3.本项目的特定资格要求：（1）供应商须具备建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力；（2）拟投入的项目经理须具备建筑工程专业贰级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书（B类），且不得担任其他在施建设工程项目的项目经理；（3）通过“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、“中国政府采购网”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）对供应商进行信用记录查询，被列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的供应商，将被拒绝参加本次采购活动。以采购人在磋商当天查询结果为准。
