我公司于2021年4月25日在广东政府采购网智慧云平台（gdgpo.czt.gd.gov.cn/）、湛江市公共资源交易中心网站（http://www.zjprtc.com）、广东泰合四方招标代理有限公司网站（www.gdthsf.com）媒体中国电力招标采购网http://www.dlztb.com上发布了《章区南溪河流域农村生活污水处理站运营管理服务项目》竞争性磋商公告。现因工作需要，为让投标人更了解项目细则，特发布以下补充说明。

补充内容：详见附件资料

三、其他补充事项

（一）获取磋商文件的时间、地点、方式及磋商文件售价：
1.报名时间及竞争性磋商文件公示时间：2021年4月26日至2021年4 月30 日。
2.本项目投标报名全部实行网上办理，投标人须登陆湛江市公共资源交易系统（http://ggzy.zhanjiang.gov.cn:8097/login.jspx）进行注册，操作步骤请登录湛江市公共资源交易网站查阅“湛江市公共资源交易系统用户手册”。
3.投标人在“湛江市公共资源交易系统”报名成功后，应在本项目规定的报名时间内缴交购买磋商文件费用，磋商文件售价：人民币300元。
