normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>三、投标人资格要求

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.1投标人须为中华人民共和国境内注册的独立法人或其他组织，具有合法有效的营业执照，并在人员、设备、资金具有同类货物的供货能力。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.2所投产品须满足如下要求：

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>第一标段（调压箱及调压柜）具有有效的相关特种设备制造许可证（压力容器）、特种设备生产许可证（压力管道元件）限燃气调压装置；

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>第十标段（灶具连接用不锈钢软管）所投产品须具有检验机构出具的检验报告；

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.3投标人具有良好的财务状况并具有依法缴纳税收的良好记录。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.4投标人未被工商行政管理机关在国家企业信用信息公示系统中列入严重违法失信企业名单。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.5投标人未被最高人民法院在“信用中国”网站或各级信用信息共享平台中列入失信被执行人名单。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.6投标人及其法定代表人在中国裁判文书网查询无行贿犯罪记录。

normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.7单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位不得同时参加本次投标。
