- - 获取招标文件方式：通过江门市公共资源交易网（www.jiangmen.gov.cn/bmpd/jmsggzyjyzx/index.html）网上下载。供应商（包括江门市的供应商和外地供应商）必须通过江门市公共资源交易网网上下载招标文件。未登记的供应商应当先完成供应商网上登记再下载招标文件。供应商登记办法请登陆江门市公共资源交易网的“注册登记管理系统”自行组织登记。获取纸质招标文件地点：江门市蓬江区江门大道中898号1栋第十七层1703单元。（同时请参与本项目投标的供应商在广东省政府采购网（https://gdgpo.czt.gd.gov.cn）完成供应商网上注册）。

供应商下载招标文件后必须按照系统提示打印《标书下载确认回执》。《标书下载确认回执》是供应商成功下载招标文件、完成报名手续的唯一证明。供应商应将《标书下载确认回执》粘贴在投标文件正本的外包装，以供核对。

- 1. 售价：人民币150元，采购文件售后不退。供应商应在下载采购文件申请获得批准后至开启供应文件前以转账或电汇、非现金方式向汇德招标（江门）有限公司交纳本项目的标书费。
