normal style="text-align:left;line-height:150%;" >（1）网上询问：可在“苏州市公共资源交易平台”系统中的“网上提问”专栏进行询问，询问信息不显示询问人的相关资料。代理机构通过交易平台收到询问后应在三个工作日内以网上答复的方式予以解答，由系统回复给询问人。
normal style="text-align:left;line-height:150%;" >（2）质疑：投标人认为招标文件、招标过程和中标结果使自己的权益受到损害的，可以在知道或者应知其权益受到损害之日起七个工作日内，以书面形式向代理机构提出质疑。代理机构应当在收到供应商的书面质疑后七个工作日内就委托授权范围内的事项作出答复，并以书面形式通知质疑供应商和与质疑事项有关的供应商，但答复的内容不得涉及商业秘密。
